1. Services Provided

 

 

BDN Grounds Ltd provides professional services including but not limited to:

 

• Grounds maintenance
• Landscaping and fencing
• Excavation and ground preparation
• Wildflower meadow and environmental works
• Machinery and labour hire (with or without operators)

 

 

All services are subject to a written quotation or agreement prior to commencement.

 

 

 

 

2. Quotations & Pricing

 

 

2.1 All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time. Final costs may vary due to site conditions, material price fluctuations, or scope changes.

2.2 Any variations or additions to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing.

2.3 VAT is applied as required under UK law.

 

 

 

 

3. Booking & Payment Terms

 

 

3.1 Bookings are secured upon acceptance of the quotation and may require a deposit.

3.2 Invoices are issued upon completion or in agreed instalments.

3.3 Payment terms are strictly 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellation & Delays

 

 

4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled work.

4.2 Charges may apply for late cancellations or postponements.

4.3 Delays due to weather, access issues, or third-party actions are not the responsibility of BDN Grounds Ltd.

 

 

 

 

5. Site Access & Responsibilities

 

 

5.1 Clients must ensure safe and adequate access to the site.

5.2 The client is responsible for identifying underground services and boundaries unless previously arranged.

5.3 BDN Grounds Ltd reserves the right to refuse work if the site poses health and safety risks.

 

 

 

 

6. Equipment Hire Terms

 

 

6.1 Equipment hired with or without an operator must be returned in the condition supplied.

6.2 Any damage caused during the hire period may be chargeable.

6.3 Equipment remains the property of BDN Grounds Ltd at all times.

 

 

 

 

7. Liability & Insurance

 

 

7.1 We hold full public liability and employer’s liability insurance.

7.2 BDN Grounds Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3 Liability is limited to the value of the contract or service provided.

 

 

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

 

All designs, images, and written content remain the intellectual property of BDN Grounds Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

 

 

9. Complaints

 

 

We aim to provide excellent service. Any complaints should be made in writing to info@bdngrounds.co.uk and will be addressed promptly and fairly.

 

 

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
